If you are attending Church Of Champions and wish to volunteer, this is the application for you! If you are between the ages of 13 and plus and have been involved for at least 6 months in Church Of Champions ministry programs, we welcome you to apply.
Please note while you are completing this application, that its purpose is to assist Church Of Champions in the creation of a safe environment for children and all brothers and sisters who participate in our programs and services. For this reason, it may be slightly longer than some other applications you’ve experienced, but still should not take you more than 10 minutes to complete.
